If you decide that your first funnel was not the right investment for your business, you’re entitled to a full refund within 7 days of purchase.
- To request a refund, send an email to [email protected]. We would very much appreciate if you could let us know what didn’t work for you with your purchase so that we can look at improving our processes as we move forwards.
- No refunds will be given after 7 days from the date of purchase.
- If you purchase the additional installation & customization service, we will not refund the cost of the service once the work has started.
- All refunds are discretionary. We reserve the right to deny your request if you have implemented the marketing funnel into your business and watched all of our training materials.
- If you purchase multiple products, you are signifying that you are happy with the first product and subsequently wanted more of them. We will not refund purchases of multiple products as this is an abuse of our refund policy. Make sure you are happy with the first product you purchase before buying more.
